Police say alcohol factor in ATV crash in New Brunswick on Christmas Day

WOODSTOCK, N.B. – Police said that alcohol played a factor in an ATV crash that resulted in the death of a 61-year-old New Brunswick woman.

The woman died on Christmas Day when the all-terrain vehicle she was riding on overturned in northwestern New Brunswick. She was a passenger on the ATV.

Royal Canadian Mounted Police said the incident occurred on Ketchum Road in Glassville, north of Woodstock.

A news release said charges are expected to be laid against a 58-year-old man for impaired driving.
