Man suffers life-threatening injuries in Pickering motorcycle crash

TORONTO, Ont. – Yet another serious motorcycle crash in Durham Region, just hours after police issued a safety warning on Thursday.

A 76-year-old Ajax man on a motorcycle crashed into an SUV at the intersection of Brock and Taunton roads in Pickering, Ont.

The collision happened around 11 a.m. Thursday.

The man’s injuries are described as life-threatening.

This is the ninth serious motorcycle collision in Durham since the end of June. Three have been fatal.
