Canada’s Got Talent heads to Toronto Dec. 3-5 for Live Theatre Audition Tour

TORONTO, Ont. – The search for Canada’s most talented performer makes its way to Toronto for Canada’s Got Talent Live Theatre Audition Tour, taking place Dec. 3-5.
It will be held at the John W. H. Bassett Theatre in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
With the completion of the first round of auditions, Canada’s Got Talent is now calling back the most talented acts, who auditioned in September, to compete in six shows over three days in front of the panel of celebrity judges: Martin Short, Measha Brueggergosman and Stephan Moccio.
Hosted by Citytv’s Dina Pugliese, the live theatre auditions are taped in front of a live studio audience.
Toronto is the third stop on the nationwide tour, which will also take place in Calgary, Vancouver, Winnipeg, Halifax and Montreal.
Canada’s Got Talent will be broadcast on Citytv in March 2012.

- Available to the general public free of charge on a first come, first served basis at cgtaudience@insighttv.com.There will also be a rush line available before the live taping of each show. Around 20 minutes before each taping, any unclaimed tickets will be distributed to people in the rush line, subject to seating availability.
