Winning $21-million Lotto Max ticket purchased in Barrie area

The winning ticket for Friday night’s $21-million Lotto Max draw was purchased in the Barrie area.
This is the second major win in the province in the previous two weeks, after an Oshawa couple won $50-million last week.
Don and Linda Ingram won last week but had to wait until Thursday to claim their prize because Linda didn’t have any photo-ID.
Meanwhile, a ticket bought in Oshawa won Friday’s Encore draw, matching all seven numbers for a $1-million prize.
