2 suspects sought in repeated stabbing of man at Main Street station

Police are searching for two men wanted in an alleged stabbing that left another man with critical injuries at Main Street station in Toronto.

Investigators were called to Main Street station at Main Street and Danforth Avenue just before 7 p.m. on Friday following reports of a violent confrontation at the station.

Police allege a 23-year-old man was walking out of the station when two men chased him back inside, where he was stabbed. The victim then tried to flee outside, was pursued by the two suspects, and stabbed again.

When officers arrived, they found the man suffering from multiple stab wounds. He remains in hospital with critical injuries.

The two men then fled the area on foot, last seen running southbound towards Danforth Avenue.

The first suspect is described as being in his early 20s and standing around six-feet tall with a lighter complexion, athletic build, short dreadlocks, thick eyebrows, full black beard, with tattoos on his left and right forearms.

He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black cargo satchel, blue surgical mask, black jeans, and purple and black basketball shoes.

The second suspect is described as being in his early 20s, around six-feet tall, with a darker complexion, a medium build, large cornrows and a full black beard.

He was last seen wearing a black sweater with a large white front logo, dark grey shorts, and grey, purple and black basketball shoes.
