Teenage male stabbed following fight in east end

A young teenage male suffered serious injuries after being stabbed following a fight in the city’s east end.
Police say they were called to a building in the Chester Hill Road and Thorncliffe Avenue area around 9:45 Saturday night.
There were reports that three people were fighting and when police arrived they found one person suffering from stab wounds.
Paramedics say they transported a teenage male to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries.
Police later updated his condition to serious but stable.
Police say they are looking for at least one suspect who fled the scene. He’s described as male, brown, five-foot-eight with a medium build and a short black beard. He was last seen wearing a black winter coat, dark pants, light grey shoes with a white sole.
