Power restored to more than 2,000 homes, businesses in Rosedale area

Power has been restored at more than 2,000 homes and businesses in the Rosedale neighbourhood after they lost power Wednesday night.

The outage spanned the area from St. Clair Avenue to Rosedale Valley Road and between Mt. Pleasant Road and Bayview Avenue.

The issue will took several hours to fix, but was restored just before 10 a.m. Thursday.

At this time, the cause of the outage is unknow and is under further investigation.
