4 Ontario hospitals underdosed patients with chemotherapy drugs

990 patients in the province received lower than intended doses of the chemotherapy drugs cyclophosphamide and gemcitabine. Dr. Carol Sawka from Cancer Care Ontario spoke about the issue.
