WATCH LIVE: Chief Blair to make announcement on police use of force

Police Chief Bill Blair will make a major announcement on the use of force by the Toronto Police Service and its response to emotionally disturbed persons.

Blair is expected to speak at around 4 p.m. from police headquarters.

The announcement comes on the heels of the fatal shooting of teen Sammy Yatim on a TTC streetcar.
