2 in hospital after shooting near Hwy. 400 & Hwy. 401

Two men are in hospital after a shooting in the city’s north end on Thursday night.

It happened on Stella Street, near Jane Street and Maple Leaf Drive, around 9:20 p.m.

Police believe both victims walked into the hospital on their own.

Their injuries are not life-threatening.

There’s no word on suspects or what sparked the shooting.
