It may be summer vacation for Rachael Micay, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t working overtime to become the best figure skater possible.
At age 16, Rachael has been enrolled in a special program for athletically gifted students and will graduate in the fall. She’s been skating for seven years, four competitively, and has already won the Central Ontario title four times and been to the provincials four times.
She hopes to make it to the Olympic Games one day.
