Body Found
It was early Sunday morning when a security guard spotted a woman’s body floating in Queen’s Quay.
Police later identified her as 72-year-old Meenadchi Kanapathy of Toronto.
Foul play is not suspected and autopsy results are expected Monday.
401 Crash
Hightway 401 was a mess just west of Mississauga Monday evening.
A 2-vehicle crash sent at least one person to hospital with serious injuries.
The victim needed to be airlifted from the scene.
