The Cleveland Indians beat the Toronto Blue Jays 7-6 in the 11 th inning after Travis Hafner hit an RBI double down the third-base line.
The win gave gave Cleveland its ninth victory in 10 games.
The Indians may have won the game, but they lost starting pitcher Jake Westbrook in the second inning after he suffered tightness in his abdominal muscles.
Jhonny Peralta hit a three-run homer and Ryan Garko added a solo shot for Cleveland .
