Raptors Edge Cavs

Andrea Bargnani scored a career-high 26 points to help lift the Toronto Raptors past the Cleveland Cavaliers 91-82 on Friday night.

Carlos Delfino also put up career-high numbers with 24 points, while Jose Calderon had 11 points and 10 assists.

“I feel good, coming off the bench you have the opportunity to see how the game’s going,” Delfino said. “The last couple of games, I’ve been hitting shots and it’s a good feeling, and it’s good for the team also.”

It was an impressive win for the Raptors considering they were playing without their leading scorer and rebounder, Chris Bosh.  Bosh sat on the sidelines after straining his groin during Tuesday’s practice.  He’s listed as day-to-day.

Daniel Gibson had 24 points to top the Cavs (9-8), who were also without their top gun — league scoring leader LeBron James.

James strained his left index finger Wednesday night and is also listed as day-to-day.
