Don’t Mess With The President

It was supposed to be a harmless prank, but when it comes to the President of the United States of America, there’s really no such thing.

So two teenagers in New York City have some explaining to do to their classmates after police say the duo thought it would be funny to go online and send a death threat to U.S. President George W. Bush.

The two 14-year-olds e-mailed the threat through the Department of Homeland Security’s website. Sure enough, three hours later federal agents swooped down on their Manhattan high school and hauled them off in handcuffs.

In the end all the jokesters got was a scolding from the security service and a suspension from school, but now they have to explain to their 400 classmates why their school’s internet access has been cut off.
