Condo life can be dull.
Attending community barbeques and checking out the gardeners can only hold one’s attention for so long. And apparently the lack of excitement has caused interest in the complex to wane.
What cures boredom best? According to one housing complex in Florida, getting naked will do the trick.
The condo board has come up with a way to battle boredom and reverse a slump in sales – a clothing-optional pool.
If approved, residents would be able to parade around in one of the complex’s common wet areas, enjoying hot-tubbing, sunbathing, and swimming all in the buff.
Organizers plan to protect au naturel enjoyers from outside eyes with strategically placed shrubbery.
The idea still needs to be approved by the condo owners, but sales directors feel it will improve the draw of the condo, and hope it will increase interest by setting it apart from the competition.
