Hershey’s Chocolate Recall Warning Expanded

An already-existing health warning regarding some dangerous chocolate products being sold in southern Ontario has been expanded.

Popular Hershey’s products including Reese Peanut Butter Cups, Oh Henry! bars and Glossette items that were ordered off the shelves in 2006 over salmonella concerns have been turning up for sale again.

The candy was reportedly stolen from a recycling centre last year and has product codes ranging from 6417 to 6455.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says some of it has now turned up in retail outlets in and around Oshawa and Niagara Falls.
