Mosport Kicks Off 2009 Season

For racing fans in southern Ontario it’s an annual event that signals not only the coming of summer, but the start of the season.

Mosport kicks off its 2009 schedule this weekend with the Victoria Day Speedfest.

CityNews’ resident motor head Hugh Burrill took a twirl in one of the touring vehicles Friday. To see what ensued watch the video below.

And if you want to check it all out for yourself, a three-day pass is $60, while camping will cost you an extra $30.
