The city’s Emergency Task Force crashed a west-end house party Saturday night.
The officers cleared out the building on Eglinton Avenue, west of Dufferin Street and apprehended one man, reportedly because of immigration concerns.
The ETF was responding to a gun call, but found no weapons on the premises. No charges were laid.
Woman Killed After Falling From Brampton Highrise
A woman fell to her death from a Brampton highrise on Saturday afternoon.
It happened at a building near Queen Street East and Dixie Road.
There’s no word yet on whether or not foul play is involved.
