QEW re-opened between Burloak and Third Line

There was an earlier collision in the construction zone.

OPP were on scene directing traffic for most of Tuesday afternoon. Constable Graham Wiliamsom, Highway Safety Division told 680News,”At about 2:30p.m. on Tuesday afternoon we received a call regarding an industrial accident that occurred in the construction zone just to the right of the westbound portion of the QEW at Bronte Rd. in Oakville.”

Air ambulance was dispatched to the scene.
