Criminally insane pedophile could be in Toronto

A 64-year-old man described by police as a criminally insane pedophile could be in Toronto.
The Toronto Sun has reported Eldon James hardy walked out of an Ottawa hospital last week.
He was in custody after being charged with two counts of sexually assaulting two young men in Ottawa last September.
He had previously been convicted of raping a young boy in 1972.
He has spent most of his life in maximum-security psychiatric hospital.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
