13-Year-Old Stabbed In West End

Police are searching for a suspect after a 13-year-old boy was stabbed near a west end hockey arena.
The child was taken to hospital following the attack around 7:30pm Sunday near a hockey arena on Kipling Avenue, north of Lake Shore. He was treated and has since been released.
Detectives aren’t sure what the motive for the stabbing was, but they believe the victim knew his attacker.
Police say the suspect is another teenage boy and are trying to track him down to make an arrest.
