Imprisoned Colonel on suicide watch

A Colonel is currently on suicide watch after he attempted to take his own life at the Quinte Detention Centre on Saturday.
The Toronto Sun reports the accused serial sex killer wrote a suicide note in mustard on the wall of his segregation cell, saying his affairs are now in order, and his feelings are too much to bear.
Williams then jammed the lock in his cell door with cardboard and foil, and shoved a cardboard toilet roll filled with more foil and cardboard down his throat.
Quinte staff were able to break into the cell and rescue Williams.
Williams is scheduled to make his next court appearance on April 29th.
