Fatal Plane Crash

One person is dead after a small plane crashed in Courtland, Ontario Thursday evening, Ontario Provincial Police said.

The crash, of a single engine aircraft, happened at 7:45 p.m. at 146 Talbot St in Courtland.

The O.P.P is currently investigating the cause of the crash. They aren’t releasing the name of the person killed, who was the plane’s pilot, until next of kin has been notified.
