Suspect Identified In West End Murder

Toronto police have determined the identity of a suspect in the murder of Toronto teenager Mitchell Leton Celise.

A Canada wide warrant, for first degree murder, has been issued for Chael Mills, otherwise known as “Ginga,” 19, of Toronto (pictured).

On May 3 around 3:30 p.m., emergency crews responded to a call for a shooting in the Winona Dr. and Hursting Ave. area and found Mitchell Leton Celise, 17 collapsed on the sidewalk.

The teen was rushed to St. Michael’s Hospital, but later succumbed to his injuries.

Police are appealing to Mills to turn himself in.

He is described as:

  • Having a light brown complexion
  • 6’
  • 180 lbs
  • Brown eyes

He has a very distinct “BTTW” tattoo on the right side of his neck.
