Teen Shot

A 14-year old boy is recovering after an overnight shooting in Toronto’s downtown.

The teen was hit in the foot around 3am outside 9 Cecil St., at Beverly St. His injuries are not believed to be serious.

There was a small house fire inside the residence which Toronto Fire Services attended to around the same time. It’s not clear if the two situations are related.

Police are still investigating the shooting. At this point, there’s no word on any suspects.
