Human Remains Found In Muskoka

For the second time in less than a week, human remains have been found in Muskoka.

The OPP say a paving company employee found the remains on the shoulder of Stoneleigh Road, between Bracebridge and Baysville on Friday.

Someone out for a walk on Saturday, May 22  made a grisly discovery in the area of Horseshoe Valley Road and the 6th Line in the Oro-Medonte Township.

That same evening, another person found what appeared to be a body in Lake of Bays, near Huntsville.

After an autopsy on May 23, police said that the remains are male, and from the same person.

An autopsy on the newly discovered body will be conducted on Tuesday.

Update: The OPP confirmed that all three sets of human remains are from the same person.
