Chinatown Murder Victim Identified

Toronto’s 28th murder victim of the year has been identified as Tien Pham, 17, of Toronto.

Pham was killed early Saturday morning at the Excellent Cantonese Seafood restaurant, where he was shot in the head.

So far, police haven’t released any information on a suspect. They say that prior to the shooting, Pham was in the restaurant with a group of people.

Homicide investigators spent much of Saturday at the scene interviewing witnesses.
