Second Woman Charged With Accessory After The Fact In Teen’s Murder

Peel police have arrested and charged a second person with accessory after the fact in the senseless murder of a Mississauga teen last month.
On the evening of Saturday, July 3, Adrian Ducas was playing basketball at the Malton Community Centre when several men came in and, according to witnesses, started kicking the 17-year-old’s basketball. Apparently, they were looking for someone else and were angry the person wasn’t there.
After a brief confrontation in front of about 30 people, the suspects allegedly shot Ducas and walked away.
Before the month was out, detectives arrested and charged four men with first-degree murder. One of the accused, 20-year-old Christopher Raphael has no fixed address. The other three, Kevaughn Tulloch, 20, Maurice Raphael, 23, and Courtney Dawkins, 20, live in Toronto.
Cassandra Elizabeth Scavone, a 20-year-old woman also from Toronto, was the arrested on July 16 and charged with accessory after the fact of murder. And on Saturday, officers detained a Barrie woman, 23-year-old Kadisha Allwood and charged her with the same crime. She is scheduled to appear in a Brampton court.
