U.S. television networks hold auditions in Toronto

TORONTO, Ont. – Do you want to be on a show like “Jersey Shore” or the “Real World”? Always wanted to be a part of a documentary?
There could be long lineups outside an east-end production studio on day two of a casting call by the major TV networks in the United States.
ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX are holding auditions for visible minority Canadians to better reflect the American mosaic.
The lineup for Wednesday’s audition for members of the actors’ union Actra began at 3:30 am. outside the Cinespace Studios at 345 Carlaw Ave.
Thursday’s casting call, which was open to the public, ended at noon.
