Stimulus program plagued with delays, report says

A new report from the federal spending watchdog has said the government’s massive stimulus program is plagued with delays.
The parliamentary budget officer said up to half-a-billion dollars may not get spent before the cut-off date of March 31, 2011.
The most probable scenario will see about 25 per cent of the nearly 3,000 projects not making the deadline.
