Hamilton man faces charges for nude biking

A 40-year-old Hamilton man is facing several charges after taking an early-morning bike ride wearing just a tee-shirt.
Police spotted the man going down a city street around 4 a.m. Sunday morning.
The man attempted to get away once he saw an officer nearby.
Police said the man had been drinking but was not impaired.
He faces several charges including dangerous driving.
In spite of being pant-free, he was not charged with indecent exposure due to the fact that no one other than the police officer was around.
