Stand-off in Tel Aviv ends

An apparent standoff at the Turkish embassy in Tel Aviv appears to be over.

Turkey’s news agency said embassy security guards captured an attacker, but Israeli officials have not confirmed the report.

An Israeli foreign ministry spokesman identifies the attacker as a West-Bank Palestinian who sought asylum at another embassy four years earlier.
