Lindsay, Lindsay, Lindsay: Lohan Faces More Jail Time After Admitting She Failed Drug Test

Less than a month after leaving a court-mandated rehab program, Lindsay Lohan has taken to her Twitter page, admitting she has failed a legally required drug test.

“Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result,” she wrote.

TMZ reported the 24-year-old Lohan failed the test by testing positive for cocaine, a claim she initially denied.

Lohan left a Los Angeles rehab program on August 24 after 23 days of treatment.

In July, she was sentenced to 90 days in jail but served just 13 for violating her probation stemming from a 2007 DUI case.

Upon her release, the judge told her she faced at least 30 days in jail for any breach of her probation terms.

“Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn’t go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it. This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I’m prepared to face the consequences,” Lohan wrote on her Twitter account.
