Shots Fired In West End

Police are hunting for two suspects after shots were fired in the city’s west end.

It happened just before 11pm Thursday near the East Mall and The Queensway.

Officers were investigating a break and enter or theft near Cawthra and North Service roads. When they tried to stop a red car, it set off two crashes and either they or the suspects fired shots.

No police were hurt, but it’s not clear if the suspects were.
