Two charged in connection with Central Tech shooting; third suspect still at large

TORONTO, Ont. – Two 17-year-old boys have been charged in connection with the shooting inside Central Technical School this week, reported The Globe and Mail.
The shooting, causing the school to go into lockdown for over three hours, happened in the school’s stairwell, Thursday, around 1 p.m.
The intended target was another 17-year-old. He was not seriously hurt – suffering from a small burn wound to his temple after gunshot.
The search will continue for the third suspect, the suspected shooter.
Neither those accused, nor the victim were students at Central Tech; however, no one could confirm if they have ever been students there in the past.
No weapons have been recovered.
