Driver suffers serious leg injuries in Markham crash

TORONTO, Ont. – A driver is in hospital with serious leg injuries after a head-on crash at Highway 48 and Major Mackenzie Drive in Markham, Wednesday.

OPP told 680News the female driver was the lone occupant of a car that collided with a dump truck.

The driver’s injuries are not considered life-threatening.
