One year later, Woods says he’s ready to move forward

In the last year, Tiger Woods lost his marriage, his reputation, millions of dollars in endorsements and his status as the number-one golfer on the planet.

One year ago this weekend Woods’ life began to unravel, starting with a bizarre car crash outside his house and the subsequent revelations about his sex life.

Woods said he’s in a much calmer space these days.

“[I’m] more clear about my perspective, more clear about who I am,” Woods said.

He said the worst part of the past year was living with how much he hurt the ones he loved, and already knows what he’ll tell his kids Sam and Charlie what happened when they’re old enough.

“I’ll tell the truth, what I did is what I did,” Woods said.

Woods could end 2010 without a victory for the first time in his career.
