Cold Morning In Toronto

After a weekend that finally showed signs of the season – snow on the rooftops and roads, even in the downtown core – Monday brought another taste of winter to the GTA.

Residents woke up to a cold Toronto morning complete with below freezing temperatures. The mercury read -10C, but it felt more like -17C. Normally at this time of year, it’s only -2C.

Still, it was nothing compared to Sudbury, which saw -25C.

As for the rest of Monday, Toronto will see sunshine and a high of -7C, dipping down to -10C overnight.

And on Tuesday, we could see more snow. About 2cm are expected and it should start to fall in the early evening. That will continue on Wednesday, where the forecast calls for a 30 per cent chance of flurries.
