Canadian Justin Bieber, considered one of the biggest pop stars in the world, will be at the 2011 Grammy Awards on Sunday, Feb. 13, where he’s not only up for two awards, but will also be performing on the show. Music reporter Rudy Blair, who will also be at the Grammys, took a trip to Bieber’s hometown of Stratford, Ont., to find what the locals think of their hometown pop star.
