Just a few days after performing at the Grammy Awards, Justin Bieber is going to have a different audience: he’s going to be reading to children.
In an effort to encourage more children to open a book, Bieber is going to read what he said is his favourite childhood book, Dr. Seuss’s The Cat in the Hat.
You and your children can follow the webcast by logging onto bookitprogram.com, starting at 9 a.m.
The feature will stay on the website the rest of the week.
The Book It! program was started four years ago after a survey found almost half of all American parents don’t read to their children at bedtime.
