Police warn of stolen BlackBerrys being sold by non-licensed retailers

Peel regional police are warning the public about buying a BlackBerry from a non-licensed retailer.

Police say a skid of 27-hundred BlackBerry 98-10’s were swiped from a warehouse near Airport Road and Derry Road last Friday.

The stolen phones have a total value of $1.1-million and are either grey or white in colour.

The identification numbers of all the missing BlackBerry smartphones have been recorded by police.
