Man dies after fall from hotel balcony

A man died in hospital Tuesday after he fell from an eighth floor balcony at a downtown hotel.
Police are treating the incident as an accident.
The incident happened around 12:30 a.m. at the Delta Chelsea Hotel at 33 Gerrard St. W.
