Lucic suspended one game for Rinaldo hit

Boston Bruins forward Milan Lucic has been suspended one game for his hit-from-behind on Zac Rinaldo of the Philadelphia Flyers on Saturday.

At 16:21 of the second period, Lucic drilled Rinaldo into the boards and was given a five-minute major for checking from behind and a game misconduct.

The league office is well acquainted with Lucic. Most recently, he ran over Buffalo goalie Ryan Miller. Lucic did not receive a suspension for the hit on Miller, which caused uproar around the league.
