George Michael released from hospital: report

British pop star George Michael was released from a Vienna hospital after receiving weeks of treatment for severe pneumonia, according to an Austrian newspaper.
The Oesterreich reported that the 48-year-old singer was discharged on Thursday and took a limousine to the airport.
Michael was hospitalized last month after postponing a series of concerts.
In London, Michael’s publicist told Reuters that the newspaper story was based on rumours and that she has no confirmation of when he will be released.
