Eskimos extend quarterback Joseph

The Edmonton Eskimos have extended the contract of quarterback Kerry Joseph, according to Sportsnet’s Arash Madani.
Last season, Joseph dressed as the team’s second string quarterback in all 18 games and was used mostly in short yardage plays.
The 38-year-old carried the ball 26 times for 77 yards and six touchdowns. Joseph also completed 18 of 31 passes for 226 yards and one interception. Joseph saw significant playing time in Game 8 vs. B.C. He also dressed for the Western Semi-Final and Western Final.
