Quebec’s Ice Hotel launches 2012 season

If you’re a fan of the cold, a holiday at Quebec’s Ice Hotel may be your perfect winter destination.

The famed vacation destination in downtown Quebec City – which is made entirely of snow and ice – began its 2012 season Friday, and will remain open until March 25.

This year, the design of the “Hotel de Glace” is dedicated to Northern Quebec and the First Nations people who live there.
