Coming up on UFC Central hosted by “Showdown” Joe Ferraro, we kick off the week with our first new episode coming on Tuesday evening.
Showdown Joe takes an in-depth look at the Ultimate Fighting Championships first trip back to Japan in over 11 years for UFC 144, where Ben Henderson won a unanimous decision over Frankie Edgar to become the new UFC lightweight Champion.
