4 hurt in head-on crash in Aurora

Four people, including a youth, were taken to hospital after a head-on crash in Aurora.
York Regional Police said just before 8 p.m. Sunday, an eastbound Mercedes-Benz collided with a westbound Pontiac minivan near Leslie Street and Bloomington Road.
A passenger in the minivan was taken to Sick Kids Hospital. A passenger in the car was taken to Sunnybrook hospital. One of the other two victims was taken to Newmarket’s Southlake Regional Health Centre.
All of the injuries are said to have been non life-threatening.
The area was closed for several hours for the investigation and reopened early Monday morning.
