Peel paramedics warn of missing narcotics pouch

BRAMPTON, Ont. – Peel Regional Paramedics are asking the public for their assistance in locating a missing narcotics pouch.
Officials believe the pouch went missing from an ambulance working in Brampton sometime Saturday evening.
Each pouch contains controlled narcotics and needles, which Peel paramedics warn could seriously harm someone if used.
The needles and narcotics are carried by paramedics to treat patients during medical emergencies.
Peel police are also investigating and searching for the missing drugs.
Members of the public are being advised to not open the pouch, but instead to call peel police.
